WEDDING AT LA MAYOU

We met Ari and Borja on the evening of July 7th, which is when they officially got married at the town hall of San Sebastián. We weren't there to photograph this first wedding, but we had arranged to do a pre-wedding session around the city at sunset. We had a coffee, and soon enough, I (Leire) realized that this couple truly loved each other. There were knowing glances, tender hugs, and we definitely laughed a lot and enjoyed it even more.

A few weeks later, we met again to photograph their wedding at La Mayou, a castle-house in Biarrotte, France, and to celebrate a big party in style with their family and friends who came from far away. It was a pleasure to work alongside the girls from Casamenteras Events who took care of the organization and decoration of the event. The outdoor dinner on that summer night seemed like something out of Pinterest! Lora Floral Art filled the evening with beautiful flowers, and Boho Peluquería Donostia did Ari's makeup and hair so she looked stunning on her day.

We had a delicious dinner thanks to the catering by Monasterio del Espino. In fact, I would say I had one of the best sorbets of my life that day, and I was told that the party lasted until 6 in the morning thanks to Nacho from Sonort. Certainly, with a great team of suppliers, everything goes smoothly, so thanks again to everyone for your work.

All that's left is to show you the photos of everything that happened on July 30th. Here you'll see a few tears shed by the couple, many moments of laughter thanks to their friends, and a whole family that treated us like we were at home. This is the brief summary of that day.
